The Service
Tanto is a trade journaling and analytics platform. It helps you track, review, and analyze your trades. Tanto is not a brokerage, financial advisor, or trading signal service. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial advice.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Each account is for a single person — don't share your login credentials. You're responsible for all activity under your account.
Acceptable Use
Use Tanto for its intended purpose. Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the platform, abuse the API, interfere with other users, or use the service for anything illegal.
Billing
Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly basis. Subscriptions auto-renew unless you cancel before the next billing cycle. You can cancel anytime from your account settings — your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Your Data
You own your data. By using Tanto you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your data solely to operate the service. If you delete your account, we delete your data.
Disclaimers
Tanto is provided “as is.” We do our best to keep data accurate, but we don't guarantee that imported trade data, analytics, or calculations are error-free. Trading involves risk — always verify important figures with your broker directly.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tanto and its team are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months preceding any claim.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the app. Continued use of Tanto after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
