Day Journal

Overview

The Day Journal has three parts: an economic events panel showing scheduled news for the day, a notes editor for your thoughts on the session, and up to 3 asset sections for tracking forecast and actual on specific instruments.

Economic Events

The left panel shows major U.S. economic events scheduled for that day, like FOMC announcements, CPI releases, and NFP reports. Each event displays the title and time in Eastern so you can remember what was moving the market when you review a session later.

General Notes

A rich text editor that auto-saves as you type. You can add any notes for the day here and use slash commands (type `/`) to reference specific trades or setups from your session.

Asset Sections

Each asset section has two columns: Forecast (your pre-market analysis and levels) and Actual (what happened). Filling in both sides consistently helps you see where your reads are strong and where they need work. Add up to 3 asset sections per day (e.g. ES, NQ, CL).

Upload or drag images directly into the editor and use slash commands (type `/`) to reference specific trades or setups from your session. Click any uploaded image to view it full-size. Asset sections can be collapsed to save space, and each section can be deleted if no longer needed.
